HOW TO COOK MONGOLIAN BEEF AT HOME-2023

1 large green onion (sliced)

Instructions:

Cut the beef into thin strips and put them in a bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

Put cornstarch in a separate bowl and coat each beef strip in it.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet on high heat. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until it's brown and crispy.
