Then cut 4 medium sized onions and put them in hot oil in a pan.Keep it on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. After that add 1/1 teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste. After adding ginger, garlic, stir for another 2-3 minutes on medium flame.After that add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp lankar powder, 1 tsp kashmiri red mirchi, add 1 cup of water.Grind the spices on medium flame, after 7-8 minutes, add the dry dried fish, continue to grind the spices along with the spices, so that the spices penetrate into the dried fish.After that I add about a cup of water and then add 4-5 raw chillies.
